Hey!

I'm Fonda, a third year University student from Canada [though I use the American spelling of color and favorite xD]. I'm currently studying German Language and Literature, as well as Linguistics taking a break from classes and working until I realize what I want to do. I play more video games than would be recommended by your general practitioner, but I don't give a shit. I'm always dying my hair some shade of red, and I avoid making eye contact with people because I've often been told that my eyes creep people out.

Favorites

Video games are love. I generally tend to play Action/Adventure games [like Devil May Cry and Chaos Legion], or fighting games [Like Guilty Gear XX], but the genre that I love the most are RPGs, especially those with old school overhead 2D graphics [my favorite still being Lunar 2: Eternal Blue Complete]. (:

My two all time favorite movies are Casshern [probably the only good anime to live action movie out there] and The Boondock Saints. Those two movies along with the German film Lola rennt Shoot 'Em Up is an insane action movie you should definitely go see. So do it, and while you're at it, watch Bon Cop Bad Cop!

Canadian television is where it's at. I watch unhealthy amounts of both Andromeda and Due South...they're addictive. Charlie Jade needs a second season, and everyone should watch Spaced at some point in their life. Though not Canadian, Simon Pegg, Nick Frost, and Edgar Wright are the holy trinity of television and movies.

I'll watch just about anything with Simon Pegg or Paul Gross in it, and I've spent a small fortune on collecting things related to 伊藤賢一, 浅倉大介, 西川貴教, and 黒田倫弘.

When it comes to music, industrial rock is where my heart is. Econoline Crush, a Canadian band who's recently restarting, has been at the top of my favorites list for many years now. Oomph! is another recent favorite of mine from Germany, and since I'm a loser I still listen to I Mother Earth [with Edwin as lead], Our Lady Peace's early music, and some Stone Temple Pilots. Don't try to get me "with the times" - I'm stubborn.

In Closing

I'm pretty easy to get along with most times, so feel free to strike up a random conversation with me, I don't mind. xD
